P.F. Chang’s is probably my number one choice for a chain restaurant. The vegetarian lettuce wraps are awesome, but so is the eggplant dish. They use silken tofu, so I recommend getting it fried so that it has a crispy outside and a creamy inside. Definitely a great place to take the family, as there are enough options for everyone to be satisfied.
