Nice, big, Japanese restaurant with a few vegan rolls. Noodle dishes and tofu for entrees.

My favorite thing about Sakura Bana is their carrot ginger dressing. It is amazing. Other than that, the hot towels provided before eating is a nice touch as well. Centrally located, this is also a good place to take omnivores. The vegan rolls are pretty obvious (avocado, veggie, inari, etc.) and there are a few items on the regular menu that can be made vegan (for example, the tofu steak made without butter) but I am perfectly content with a side salad dressed with carrot ginger dressing, a few rolls and a sasadango (mochi filled with a sweet red bean paste and wrapped in a bamboo leaf).
I was wondering if anybody knows if the Miso Soup is bonito/fish free? I tried asking them in person and the waitress didn’t understand me and so I wrote them an email and no response back….
